Oshana is a nonprofit professional with 20 years of experience in relationship building, motivating volunteers to achieve agency needs, and fundraising. She specializes in organizational risk and personnel management, policy/procedure development, and strategic planning. Holding a Master of Public Administration Degree and Nonprofit Management Certificate from North Carolina State University and Communication Studies and African American Studies Degrees from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, she has been recognized as a 40 under 40 by the Triangle Business Journal. Joining Wake Enterprises in 2004 as the Communication and Development Specialist, she is the Executive Director of Wake Enterprises, the Vice President of the Board of Directors for the NC Association of Rehabilitation Facilities, and Mother to 8 year old Vivienne. As a certified group fitness instructor, one her passions is teaching Zumba and motivating her students to feel confident, healthy and proud.
